AIServe partners directly with local restaurants to streamline the ordering experience. We curate a simplified menu, reduce errors, and pass orders directly to the restaurant so they can focus on preparing your food — not answering phones.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted third-party provider. You can pay using any major credit or debit card. Your payment details are encrypted, and we never store your card information.

We’re launching AIServe in phases. Right now, you can place orders manually through curated menus. In future versions, you'll be able to order by voice, receive personalized suggestions, and even shop groceries with help from Tria, our AI assistant.

We handle everything from menu curation to customer communication. Restaurants simply receive clean, easy-to-read orders and focus on what they do best: cooking. It’s an easy way to modernize without extra tablets or new hardware.

Tap the “Be Served” button, choose your meal from one of our restaurant partners, customize if needed, and pay securely through Stripe. It’s a simple, fast way to get food from local favorites — no login required during early access.

If you run into an issue with your order, have a payment concern, or just need help using the app, we’re here for you. During MVP, support is available by email — just reach out to support@aiserveapp.com and we’ll reply as quickly as we can.

Once an order is placed, it’s sent directly to the restaurant. While changes or cancellations may not always be possible, you can reach out through the app if something went wrong. We’ll do our best to help — and if needed, we offer credits or manual refunds.

AIServe will be available soon in the App Store and Google Play. During early access, you can join the waitlist or request a download link. We’re currently launching in ZIP code 85297 and will expand as demand grows.

If there’s an issue with your order, just let Tria know. We’ll do our best to make it right — that may include offering a credit or reviewing your refund request.

Yes! Right now, AIServe is completely free to use. You can browse menus, place orders, and interact with Tria without a subscription. In the future, we may offer optional plans with bonus features like more AI interactions or perks.

No. AIServe listens only when activated and never records or stores your voice. We use secure, temporary processing to fulfill your requests — and nothing more.
