Terms of Service

1. Introduction

AIServe, LLC (“AIServe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a platform to help users place food orders from curated restaurant menus. These Terms apply to all users of the AIServe app, including customers and restaurant partners.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use AIServe for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
• Extract, analyze, reproduce, or imitate our proprietary menu curation methods or restaurant partnership strategies
• Misuse features such as order submissions, customer support messaging, or promotional offers

AIServe reserves the right to suspend access or limit features for users who violate these terms or abuse the platform.

3. Account Information

You may order as a guest or create an account to save preferences in the future.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your login credentials secure (if applicable)
• Accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account

4. Orders and Payments

• Orders placed through AIServe are processed via Stripe, our secure third-party payment processor.
• AIServe does not store your payment details.
• Prices, availability, and estimated delivery times are set by our restaurant partners and are subject to change.
• All charges are displayed clearly before payment confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted in cases of legitimate issues (e.g. incorrect orders or missing items). AIServe may issue credits or partial refunds at our discretion based on reports submitted through the app.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Late cancellations
• Customization errors made by the user
• Repeat refund misuse may result in account restrictions.

6. Service Availability

AIServe is launching in limited areas (starting with ZIP code 85297). We may restrict access outside supported zones. Features like voice ordering and grocery assistance will roll out in future updates. AIServe reserves the right to update, modify, or remove features without notice.

7. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and protect your data. We do not sell your information. Payment processing is handled securely via Stripe.

8. Intellectual Property

• All aspects of AIServe — including the name, design, logo, voice assistant ("Tria"), curated menu systems, restaurant onboarding methodology, and all visual, textual, and interactive elements — are the intellectual property of AIServe and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, or reverse-engineer any portion of the AIServe platform, including its proprietary business logic, without express written consent.

9. Limitations of Liability

AIServe is not liable for:

• Delays or errors caused by restaurants
• Food preparation, delivery accuracy, or ingredient content
• User misuse of the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AIServe’s liability is limited to the total fees you paid (if any) in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our app grows. We will notify users through the app or by email in the event of material changes.
